[WiiWare] Strong Badia the Free is the second of five monthly episodes starring Strong Bad-the self-proclaimed "coolest person ever"-and the rest of the cast from the popular Homestar Runner Web cartoons. When Strong Bad fails to obey the King of Town's totally unfair e-mail tax, he's placed under house arrest. Once freed from his wrongful imprisonment, Strong Bad goes on a mission to unite the local warring factions under the Strong Badian flag. Is Free Country USA ready for such an awesome ruler? Strong Bad Episode 2: Strong Badia the Free also has the Videlectrix arcade classic "Math Kickers Featuring the Algebros," plus all-new achievements, collectibles, costumes and Teen Girl Squad comics. You can even use Strong Bad's Lappy to send e-mails and pictures to your Wii Friends. So what are you waiting for? Fire up Strong Badia the Free and get ready to kick some doughy King of Town butt. Episode 2 is so well written, funny and enjoyable you'll gladly submit to the domineering, steel toed boot of your new red masked overlord.

Cubed3
Telltale has once again delivered a must-have WiiWare download that is by far a cut above the rest.

Cheat Code Central
The fresher elements improve on the firmly established vibe and gameplay, making this a solid follow up episode.

IGN
Episode two is a little longer than the first and feels more complete, so here's hoping Telltale and the Chapman brothers keep improving with each episode.

Giant Bomb
It's a much fuller and funnier experience than the first episode.

Although Strong Badia the Free is a shorter episode than Homestar Ruiner, it’s more perfectly formed.

Destructoid
Strong Badia the Free is mostly made up of all new environments, so it in no way felt like a simple recycling of Homestar Ruiner, and while the game's structure of "convert a country, to move to the next country" makes it inherently more predictable than Homestar Ruiner was, it's still full of surprises.

WiiWare World
The game doesn’t substantially improve on the first so we can’t give it a higher rating, but if you enjoyed Homestar Ruiner then it’s safe to say that you will probably like this one just as much, if not slightly more.

Zentendo
Strongbadia the Free isn't a leap forward over the first episode, but really, this is more like a full-length game split into chunks, and as long as they keep coming out every month, it will prove to be a pretty solid set of adventures.

Gamervision
Strong Badia the Free has some great gameplay ideas without proper implementation. As soon as it starts to get into a proper rhythm there’s a confusing portion that drives it to a deal halt, and some of the best sections of the game don’t pay off as well as they should, especially considering the Homestar Runner license.
