Masanori Hikichi

Masanori Hikichi (born October 30, 1969), is a Japanese video game music composer, famous for writing the soundtrack to Terranigma with Miyoko Kobayashi. He also wrote the soundtrack to Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine with Masayuki Nagao, and to the SNES game Langrisser, and to the PSOne game Granstream Saga. Hikichi is a staff composer for the Japanese company called Shade.

Hikichi was born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. At the age of 14, he watched the performance of some band on television, and that led him to become a musician. When he was in high school, he started to compose music for his band to perform. After high school, he attended music school. When he composes music, he feels like he can go to a different world. He would desire to compose music with guitarists since he cannot play the guitar.
