Meechai Ruchuphan (born 1938[1], Thai: มีชัย ฤชุพันธุ์, Chinese: 卢自淘[2]) was the acting Prime Minister of Thailand following the military domination of the government. He served from May 24, 1992 to June 10, 1992. He was succeeded by the previous civilian Prime Minister Anand Panyarachun. Now he is President of the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand, and is of Thai Chinese descent.[3]
