The Nash Finch Company (NASDAQNAFC) is a Fortune 500 company based in Edina, Minnesota, United States. The company is involved in food distribution to both private companies and the military.

The origins of the Nash Finch Company go back to 1895 when Fred Nash opened a small candy and tobacco shop in the Dakota Territory town of Devils Lake. In 1899, the company's operations were moved to Grand Forks, North Dakota where Harry Finch joined the firm and wholesaling started. In 1905, a partnership was started with produce brokerage C.H. Robinson Company, another Grand Forks business. In 1919, the company moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota.

In 2004, the company had about $4 billion dollars in sales. The company currently operates 80 retail stores, under the Econofoods, Sun Mart, Prairie Market, Wholesale Food Outlet, Family Thrift Center and Avanza brands. They offer store brands under the Our Family, Our Family Pride, Value Choice, Avanza and Fame private label. It currently employs about 10,000 people, and operates in 28 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Europe, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Iceland, Azores, and Honduras. Nash Finch operates distribution centers in Saint Cloud, Minnesota; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Omaha, Nebraska; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Westville, Indiana; Cincinnati, Ohio; Lima, Ohio; Fargo, North Dakota; Rapid City, South Dakota; Norfolk, Virginia; Lumberton, North Carolina; and Statesboro, Georgia.
