Prince Konstantin-Assen of Bulgaria, Prince of Vidin (born December 5, 1967), is the fourth son of Tsar Simeon II of Bulgaria and his wife Doña Margarita Gomez-Acebo y Cejuela. He was born in Madrid.

On the July 7, 1994 Konstantin-Assen married Doña María Garcia de la Rasilla y Gortazar. They have twins:

He is the godfather of Infanta Sofía of Spain. The Infanta's father, Felipe, Prince of Asturias, is the godfather to Konstantin's own daughter, Sofia.
