Nenad Bogdanović (Serbian Cyrillic: Ненад Богдановић) (May 12, 1954, Beška, Vojvodina, Serbia, Yugoslavia – September 27, 2007, Belgrade, Serbia) was the mayor of Belgrade, elected to office in October 2004.

Bogdanović finished Secondary School of Mathematics, graduated from University of Belgrade's Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 1978. He earned his master's degree three years later. Bogdanović was a vice-president of the Democratic Party.
For two decades, he had been engaged in telecommunications, first on research and development and, later on, on managerial jobs as well, first in "Pupin", and then in other companies engaged in this field. In 1989, he was appointed Director of the joint venture of Messrs. GTE Telecommunications and EI Pupin. Two years later, he became the Commercial Manager and, as of 1996, he had been the General Manager of Alkatel Pupin Jugoslavija.
Bogdanović has been a member of the Democratic Party (DP) since 1992, which elected him the Chairman of Zemun Board as early as 1993, thereafter the Vice Chairman of the City Board and the commissioner for Belgrade. He also served as an MP in the National Parliament of Serbia.
Bogdanović died of Hodgkin's disease in 2007, in Belgrade.
