Kirk Morrison (born February 19, 1982) is an American football player at the middle linebacker position. He grew up in the Oakland area and attended Bishop O'Dowd High School and was selected by the Oakland Raiders in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He attended college at San Diego State University (SDSU), and anchored an Aztec defense with current Denver Broncos safety Marviel Underwood and Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Matt McCoy. At SDSU he was two time Mountain West Defensive Player of the Year. Morrison stepped-in for the Raiders right away, and became a full-time starter in his rookie year.

Morrison attended Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland, California and won varsity letters in football and track & field. In football, he led his team to two HAAL championships and two Northern California section 3A championships, was a two-time All-HAAL honoree, and as a senior, was the HAAL Defensive Player of the Year. Incidentally, Underwood's San Leandro High School and Morrison's Bishop O'Dowd High School had an intense rivalry back when both players were preps.

Morrison finished the 2006 season with a team leading 128 tackles, an improvement from his rookie year. He also had a sack, a defensive touchdown, and 2 interceptions.

Kirk Morrison started the 2007 season with an interception in each of his first 3 games, joining Thomas Howard who had an interception through each of his first 4 games. Morrison led the Oakland Raiders in tackles with 120, and he also tacked on 10 passes defensed and a quarterback sack to his totals.
