William Peter Moseley (April 27, 1987) is an English actor. He is best known for starring as Peter Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia film series. Previously, he played a small role as Forrester in a 2002 television version of Goodbye, Mr. Chips, and he was cast as an extra in Cider with Rosie (1998). He also auditioned without success for the role of Harry Potter.
Moseley was born in Sheepscombe, Gloucestershire, England in the Cotswolds, the son of Julie and Peter Moseley, who is a cinematographer.[1] He also has a younger sister named Daisy and a younger brother named Ben. According to those who know him, he has wanted to act since he was 10 years old.
Moseley attended Sheepscombe Primary School between September 1991 to July 1998, and then attended Wycliffe College and Marling School (Downfield Sixth Form). He had to repeat Year 12 because he had taken too much time off school while filming The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
