Sandy Baruah

Sandy K. Baruah is an American politician from the state of Oregon. A graduate of the University of Oregon and Willamette University's MBA program at the Atkinson Graduate School of Management, he worked for the senior President Bush, former Senator Bob Packwood, and for a private consulting group in Portland, Oregon.[1] In 2001, he began working at United States Commerce Department and in 2005 become the head of the Economic Development Administration when appointed as as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Economic Development under U.S. President George W. Bush.[2] In June 2008, George W. Bush nominated him to serve as head of the Small Business Administration.[1]
