I have been with Microsoft since early 2000... first on a contract and then I switched to full-time. Since the very beginning, I have worked in Messaging, starting with support for Exchange 5.5. Then Exchange 2000 came, then Exchange 2003 Beta and RTM.
Near the end of 2001 I started in the position of a Technical Lead for our Admin specialty in Dallas, Texas support site. Essentially, I helped Support Professionals help customers on the phone, and help them get better technically. What is Exchange Admin? Store, Jet, SA, Setup, ADC, Directory, Public Folders… I am sure I forgot something. Gotta love it! this job showed me that every time I thought I knew something about Exchange there was a support case that quickly proved me wrong! :)
Then, I have joined the Exchange 2007 Beta in late 2005, where I worked on supporting our TAP customers as well as work on the internal training for our Support Services.
Recently I took on the job in Supportability for Exchange which is essentially focusing on future releases to make sure to make the product more supportable from both customer as well as support services viewpoint.
