Zagreb AMA will represent Croatia at next summer's UEFA Regions' Cup finals after winning all three of their games to triumph on home soil in the Group 3 mini-tournament, with Igor Hajduk finding the target in all three of his side's games.

Second win
Sreten Ćuk's side kicked off against Slovenia's MNZ Lendava AMA in Vrbovec, and left it late to take their first three points, with substituted Marko Trampus striking four minutes from time before Hajduk completed a 2-0 win with a goal in added time. With District West AMA of the Netherlands and Ticino AMA of Switzerland drawing 0-0 on the first day, the hosts kept the momentum going with a 2-1 win against District West on Matchday 2, recovering from conceding a Marvin Nieuwlaat goal to win 2-1, with a goal from Hajduk and a Trampus penalty.

Decisive fixture
Finals contenders in 2003 and 2007, Ticino kept their hopes of a third finals appearance alive with a 1-0 win against MNZ Lendava in their second game, which left them needing a win against Zagreb to take first place. However, it was not to be. Mario Cehulić put Zagreb ahead in the first-half and Hajduk doubled their advantage after the break before Stefano Lanza's late strike made it 2-1. In the other final-day fixture, District West beat MNZ Lendava 3-1.
