Do you want to work on a cutting edge team developing a modern managed code automation framework that gives priority to great automation design and extensibility?  The Outlook Web Access team is looking for people like you.  The Outlook Web Access (OWA) team prides itself on its ability to improve upon one of the worlds most complex DHTML User Interfaces to make it even better than before.  We have listened to our customers to deliver the "killer web app" in our last release, and are looking to surpass that milestone with our next release.  Outlook Web Access strives to enable users to be as productive on the road as they are in the office with Outlook.  We embrace the latest technologies like .NET remoting, the Whidbey CLR, ASP.NET, and an object oriented automation framework to design and implement cutting edge web application automation.  We are passionate about squeezing as much performance as possible out of the CLR, optimizing our code to be clean and efficient, and delivering and testing new functionality that will make OWA an even more amazing companion to Outlook.
 
Job responsibilities include: Development of tools and test automation, participation in design and code reviews, analyze existing tools and procedures to improve efficiency, anticipate and identify problem areas, and contribute to the test automation architecture, automation development, and test strategies for the team, feature ownership of an area of the OWA product including test case design, and test specifications.
 
The ideal candidate would have strong technical expertise, demonstrate technical leadership, strong development experience, a track record of designing and implementing software automation tools, practical knowledge of automation strategies, approaches and methodologies, debugging ability, strong test skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and have at least 3-7 years experience in client/server and/or web application testing.  Technology specific knowledge should include C#, HTML/XML, ASP.NET, and basic web standards. BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
