Polar Bears Need Rescue


Polar bears are strong swimmers, but even they need somewhere to hunt, sleep and find mates. With ice sheets melting due to global warming, their Arctic home is sinking fast. The Bush administration left the bears vulnerable to extinction. A new administration has pledged to take action on climate change, but it must act quickly to give polar bears the protection they deserve.
