The All Tomorrow's Parties festival headed Down Under for the first time, with the multi-date ATP Australia taking place at various cities on the continent January 9-18. Over this past weekend, ATP Australia hit Sydney's Cockatoo Island as part of the Sydney Festival. In addition to a performance from fest curators Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, the Sydney show also featured sets from Spiritualized, Fuck Buttons, Silver Apples, Afrirampo, James "Blood Ulmer, Michael Gira (Swans, Angels of Light), Robert Forster (the Go-Betweens), and the Saints.
