Reh Dogg is an urban rap artist who is most known for being one of the pioneers of emo rap with his hit single Why Must I Cry?, along with his status as a pre-Zonday YouTube singing Nigra Superstar. His lyrical content spans from caring for underprivileged children , the pressures of dealing with body image, mental health, and faith. Reh Dogg has also shown strong Weeaboo tendencies, as shown by wanting Asian women, and not getting the Asian women . By being black, emo, and Weeaboo, Reh Dogg is a certified triple threat. Instead of actually playing live gigs or anything of the sort, he prefers to upload his videos on YouTube. Rehdogg has a unique vocal style that makes him sound like he has forgotten to swallow his food; It is this very vocal style that has managed to somehow keep his "career" in some sort of spotlight. The amazement one gets at how long-lived this chocolate face's spotlight has lasted equals to that of the amazement of seeing a retard or 3-legged mutant Ethiopian survive in the wild.

Reh Dogg was first brought to public attention in November 2006 by hip hop websites such as All Hip Hop. The site used Reh Dogg videos as an early Rickroll, and the phrase "Why Must I Cry?" and "You Say I'm Ugly" as interchangeable substitutes for I did it for the lulz, making Reh Dogg the first Black exclusive meme. Though Black people never hold onto a trend for more than a few months, the fact that they love fads and music from the past means that Reh Dogg will never become Old meme among African Americans. Reh dogg is also well known for either being in a shower or showing his penis in every other video.
