The John A. Daskalakis Athletic Center houses the Drexel basketball program as well as the Wrestling and Swimming programs. The Center also houses the Achive Center, and the Varsity Weight Room.

The Dragons Den

The Dragons Den, as the upper level gymnasium has been tabbed, measures in size the equivalent of a football field. The Den is the home site for all Basketball games, and Wrestling matches.

ACHIEVE Center

The ACHIEVE Center is one of the premier academic study, advising, and assistance programs of it's kind.  The Center is in place to help student-athletes manage the rigors of their simultaneous roles as students and athletes. 

Swimming and Diving Area

This area includes a collegiate sized, six lane swimming pool and a seperate three-board diving well on the lower level.

The Walter Spiro Varsity Weight Room

The varsity weight room opened in March 1997, and serves as the epicenter for all Drexel University student-athletes.  Certified strength and conditioning coaches oversee the physical development of all 16 varsity teams.

Vidas Athletic Complex

The Vidas Athletic Complex is home to all of Drexel's outdoor sports.  The complex includes two synthetic fields, the Field House, nine tennis courts, and a softball field.

Field House - Complex Information

The Field House contains locker rooms for all of the outdoor sports.  It also houses the Kopp Lounge visiting team rooms, and a state of the art training room.  A newly constructed patio is attached to the Lounge.

Vidas Field

Vidas Field is a Sprint Turf synthetic field.  This field is home to the Lacrosse and Soccer teams.  The field includes a lighting system, seating for 2,000, a raised scorer's table and landscaping.

Buckley Field is an Astro Turf field that is home to the Field Hockey team.  The field includes a lighting system, seating for 1,500, a raised scorer's table and landscaping.

Our newly renovated Softball Facility includes a six foot permanent fence fronted by a warning track.  It also includes a newly remodeled and extended bullpen.

Boathouse Row

The home of Drexel Rowing is Hollenback House, Boathouse #4.  Dragon rowers are part of a vibrant crew community that regularly produces college, high school and international champions from the lively Schuykill.
