Philadelphia – Drexel defender Matt McCormick has been named a Preseason Honorable Mention All-America selection by Inside Lacrosse. The Dragons finished the 2008 season ranked 18th nationally in the final 2008 poll behind one of the top defenses in the nation. McCormick, a junior, was the only defender from a Colonial Athletic Association team to be named to an Inside Lacrosse 2009 Preseason All-America Team.
