Our Information and Assistance Centre is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). If you are contacting us by 'phone, press 1 on your phone's keypad, when prompted, to be put through to our advisers.
The Information and Assistance Centre is able to give advice on the law, but may not able to pass comment or give legal advice on your particular circumstances.
