At Diageo, we invest €50 million every year to ensure the quality standards central to our brands are maintained by a quality support network on the ground across Ireland. Expert teams are available to customers and help to ensure that products are supplied and maintained in first-rate condition. Working in partnership with the licensed trade, control standards cover all aspects of quality including:

  • Correct gas mixture
  • Consistent dispense temperature
  • Clean beer-lines
  • Correctly cleaned glasses
  • Crafted presentation

Members of the technical support team visit more than 11,000 premises every month. The work of this specialist team ensures the maintenance of quality standards and consumers enjoy a consistent experience irrespective of where or when they purchase our brands.
