The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) is committed to responding to public records requests in a timely manner. See WAC 480-04, Public Access to Information and Records for additional information.

You can request public records in one of the following ways:

When making a public records request, please provide the following:
  • A detailed description of the requested records
  • Docket number, if known
Copying fees may be charged based on the size and nature of the request. Please contact Records Center staff at mailto:Records or call 360-664-1234, if you need additional assistance.

Online Records Center
Electronic versions of many of our records are available in the Online Records Center, but if you are unable to find the document you want, or need copies, please submit a public records request via our web form.
