New Jersey punk rockers Titus Andronicus have signed to powerhouse label XL, home to (depending on what country you're in) Vampire Weekend, Radiohead, the White Stripes, M.I.A., Sigur Ros, and many more. XL will reissue Titus Andronicus' fantastic debut album The Airing of Grievances digitally in November and physically in January 2009. It was originally released on Troubleman Unlimited. XL will also release future Titus Andronicus recordings.

Though their dates with Ted Leo have been called off, Titus Andronicus still have a string of late fall/early winter shows with No Age lined up.

And hey, this is a good excuse to call everybody's attention to Paul Thompson's entertaining interview with Titus Andronicus' Patrick Stickles and Dan Tews from this summer's Pitchfork Music Festival.
