For you East Coasters who couldn't make it all the way inland for that other festival this weekend, Baltimore, Maryland's Virgin Festival was host to a cadre of cool bands-- basically all the ones Perry Ferrell couldn't manage to book (and, actually, quite a few of the ones he did). Sting and the Police headlined Saturday's gathering, which also hosted Lollers Modest Mouse, Peter Bjorn and John, LCD Soundsystem, TV on the Radio, and Amy Winehouse, and non-Lollers Beastie Boys, Booka Shade and Felix da Housecat.
