Jenny Lewis Reveals New Album Details

Rilo Kiley frontlady Jenny Lewis has announced the title of her new solo album and confirmed its impressive list of guests. The follow-up to 2006's Rabbit Fur Coat is called Acid Tongue, and it comes out via Warner Bros. in September.

As previously mentioned in an unconfirmed report, Acid Tongue features collaborations with Elvis Costello, M. Ward, Zooey Deschanel, the Black Crowes' Chris Robinson, Beachwood Sparks' "Farmer Dave" Scher, Rilo Kiley producer Jason Lader, and singer/songwriter Johnathan Rice.

Also appearing on the record are Paz Lenchantin from A Perfect Circle (and her sister Ana), Davey Faragher of Elvis Costello's Imposters, and a couple members of Lewis' family. Her sister Leslie Lewis recorded some backing vocals, and her father, Eddie Gordon, played a little harmonica.
