The "Mercury" was on the rise at San Francisco's famous Fillmore last night as Bloc Party brought the heat before another rapturous crowd. The temporary absence of bassist and Baby Daddy Gordon Moakes didn't stop the crowd from cheering the band back for no fewer than three encores. Guess people like these guys, huh?

Bloc Party hit Lollapalooza this weekend and continue knocking off a string of North American and European live engagements through mid-September.
