Turns out the year for Years of Refusal-- Morrissey's latest solo opus and the follow-up to 2006's Ringleader of the Tormentors-- won't be this one after all. Once slated for release in September 2008, Years is now expected in early 2009, according to a Billboard.com report confirmed by the Moz-man's publicist.

Billboard.com also notes that plans for that deluxe Southpaw Grammar reissue are still in the works, though it's unclear how the recent shakeup at Sony BMG will affect those plans.

As for Moz, well, he's probably off being all sexy someplace.
