Gnarls Barkley Release iTunes Live EP
With a pared down live lineup and minds set on switching things up, the strange sorts that comprise Gnarls Barkley took to the stage at a New York City Apple Store in June for a five song set. The affair is captured on Live From Soho, an EP available for purchase in the iTunes Music Store now.
Taking great liberties with five faves, Gnarls knocked out "Run (I'm a Natural Disaster)", "Who's Gonna Save My Soul", "Surprise"," "Crazy", and "A Little Better". And now it can be yours, minus the fear of bumping into something expensive.
After a fairly busy summer on the touring circuit, this truly Odd Couple has but a few scattered dates left to close out the summer.
In other news, Cee-Lo's daughter Sierra will appear in "Exiled", a new MTV show that appears to place former featured brats from the network's argument against capitalism "My Super Sweet 16" into "foreign locations such as the jungles of the Amazon, the tundra of the Arctic Circle, the Andes mountains and remote islands in the South Pacific where they'll have to live like local commoners with none of the amenities of their normally privileged lives."
Um, what did all those innocent "local commoners" do to deserve such a cruel fate?
