That Andrew Bird fella has put together a neat little run of East Coast dates in early October, which some might go so far as to call a fall tour.

The October outing comes after Bird does a bit of festival hopping later this month and rocks a hometown show at the big silvery thing with the nice sound in Chicago's Millennium Park. Of course, there's still the matter of that eclectic sounding record he blogged about this past spring to attend to, but for now, this Bird's gonna fly.

Also of note: in Albany, New York, Andrew Bird is playing a venue called the Egg. Comedy!
