Engine Down Celebrate Beginning to End on DVD

Defunct yet beloved Virginia post-punk/emo/whatever outfit Engine Down gets its legacy celebrated on From Beginning to End, a DVD chronicling the band's final U.S. tour in 2005. In addition to the tour documentary, the DVD includes Engine Down's entire last show, their home movies, rare and unreleased tracks, a music video, and more for a total of three hours of footage.

From Beginning to End is available now from longtime Engine Down label Lovitt.

In related news, Engine Down frontman Keeley Davis will join his sister Maura and the rest of the original Denali lineup for a couple more reunion shows in the weeks to come. As a note on the band's MySpace suggests, "there will not be a reunion tour," so you might want to catch these gigs.

Denali:

09-26 Brooklyn, NY - Music Hall of Williamsburg
10-11 Los Angeles, CA - Echoplex
