Where the road ends, a whole bunch of dudes with acoustic guitars begin. At least, that seems to be the loose idea behind the End of the Road Festival, which spread a little pop, a little psych, and a whole lotta folk-y stuff around the Larimer Tree Gardens in North Dorset county, England this past weekend.

The first of the fest's three days witnessed the likes of Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band, Dirty Three, Akron/Family, Robyn Hitchcock (with a little help from some family members), David Thomas Broughton, Dead Meadow, A Hawk and a Hacksaw, American Music Club, and more.

Stay tuned for photo installments from Saturday and Sunday's festivities.
