Metallica Extend Tour, Add Dates With Mastodon
Just weeks after they wrap their sprawling North American tour in support of last month's Death Magnetic-- which, incidentally, kicks off tonight in Glendale, Arizona-- Metallica will make their way to Europe for an equally extensive trek across the continent.
The run features opening slot action from the likes of Lamb of God, the Sword, and Machine Head, though many a lucky listener toward the back end of the trek will get a little dose of Mastodon with their Metallica. Hey, Brett, if you get into it with Lars-- and no one will blame you for that-- feel free to send those pictures our way.
