Kaiser Chiefs to Tour With Black Kids

Kaiser Chiefs have taken the time since the release of their new album, Off With Their Heads, to prepare for next year. The band has added a boatload of dates all over the world, including a jaunt across the UK and Ireland with Black Kids in February and March.
The Chiefs will release the next Heads single, "Good Days Bad Days", on December 15. In addition to the title track, the single will feature its remix by Calvin Harris, a slower version of Heads track "Addicted to Drugs", and "Acting Up", a new B-side. Kaiser Chiefs will release the single via Polydor digitally, on CD, and as a picture disc 7".
Kaiser Chiefs also have a DVD of this year's performance at Elland Road in Leeds coming even sooner. Live at Elland Road arrived on DVD via Crash Records today (November 24), and is due on Blu-ray in two weeks.
Black Kids, meanwhile, are touring in support of Partie Traumatic this December, and they'll also play Australia/New Zealand's Big Day Out traveling festival in January and February. Bass player Owen Holmes recently issued an EP called Bless Your Heart under the Gospel Music moniker, which you can download here or stream at the act's MySpace. A second Gospel Music EP is apparently due in 2009.
