Ted Leo's "Indie Rock Karaoke" Song List Revealed
Get your reading glasses, because we have the contents of the song binder at New York magazine's Andrew W.K.-hosted, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists-backed "Indie Rock Karaoke". The event, which we like to call Three Awesome Things Together in One Place, takes place at Brooklyn's Studio B on December 3, as previously reported.
Among the songs Leo and his Pharmacists will offer aspiring vocalists are a couple they've previously covered ("Since U Been Gone", "Dancing in the Dark"), some rock classics (by the Who, Creedence, and the Stooges), a few deeper punk cuts (the Saints' "(I'm) Stranded" and Stiff Little Fingers' "Suspect Device"), and the Outfield's "Your Love".
Here's a thought for Harmonix: Just copy this tracklist (see below) and make it the next Rock Band. Please?
