Roxy Music Allow Rufus Wainwright to Join Them on Tour
Acclaimed "pop-era" wunderkind Rufus Wainwright, whose sophomore album Poses was released on June 5th, will tour with Roxy Music on the North American leg of their world tour. Though he played a few pre-release dates, this tour promises an unexpectedly wider audience base and venue for Rufus. Wainwright was supposed to join the Pet Shop Boys, Soft Cell, and the Magnetic Fields on the Wotapalava tour. However, as of last Tuesday, plans for the gay- and lesbian-themed arena tour were postponed until next year because Sinead O'Connor withdrew from the tour, and there wasn't enough time to find a suitable replacement. This leaves you the cash to spend on that Roxy Music tour. Come on, you know they need the money. Dates!:
