Sunny Day Real Estate Boys Back in Action

Rehearsals for 2004 reunion tour well underway
Hot on the heels of Sunny Day Real Estate's second break-up in six years, songwriter/vocalist/guitarist/bassist/part-time screech owl Jeremy Enigk has announced that he will continue to make music with chop-gifted drum prodigy William Goldsmith while potentially playing enough instruments himself to make Greg Lake dizzy. Details are few, and basically comprise what's been said above. The news comes from their former band's current website, and no mention was made of such trivialities as a project name, album release date, or any other musicians who might be planning to join in. Former Sunny Day guitarist and apparent odd man out Dan Hoerner has already hinted at a new project of his own, so for the Sunny Day devout, just think of it as twice the fun-- then do yourself a favor and don't listen to any Wings records.
