Mudhoney Resurface Again to Tour

Audience attendance expected to rival their first gig

After last year's singles compilation March to Fuzz and the band's subsequent hiatus, it seemed Seattle sludgy punk institution Mudhoney was over. However, signs to the contrary are beginning to surface. While official sources reveal merely vague mentions of an as yet-untitled album in September, the "unofficial" channels yield better news. The band will be grinding it out again on tour in August through the Midwest and West Coast. There has been no mention of whether or not there will be any line-up changes, but from a band who on a past tour tried to convince the audience that Steve Turner had been replaced by a guy simply known as "Stu," we suspect it will be the same as always.
