Pedro the Lion Launches Tour of U.S. Venues

Now "above" zoos after appearance on Planet's Funniest Animals

Pedro the Lion, that band you use as an excuse to call yourself "spiritual," has announced, via their official site, an extensive fall tour that whips around the greater U.S. faster than you can say Jack van Impe. The band, led by frontman David Bazan, has reportedly been holed up in a studio somewhere working on their third proper studio album, tentatively titled Control. The album, originally intended for a fall 2001 release, was pushed back after Bazan reportedly disliked the album and started over. Kevin Shields he is not. Dates:
