The Rapture is Nigh

Expect numerous accidents related to unmanned vehicles

Pre-millenial dispensationalists and fans of Left Behind will be happy to know that the Rapture is coming to a town near them, and soon. However, once they realize that it's swarthy Manhattanites Luke Jenner, Matty Safer, and Vito Roccoforte of the art-punk band the Rapture, and not their Lord and Savior, they are expected to riot and break things.

The Rapture's assault on your senses might send you reeling at first, but there's something about those stop/start dynamics and the primal screeching of the vocals and guitars that sounds heavenly. Maybe those apocalypticists are onto something, after all. The tour, already in progress, began in Pittsburgh and will continue through October, ending with a double-date engagement back in the Big Apple. Dates:
