Sweep the Leg Johnny Heads Out on Tour

Concentrate, Richard-San!

Sweep the Leg Johnny is set to tour the United States again. The band released their third full-length, Sto Cazzo!, on Southern Records in May 2000 to much critical acclaim. However, their real strength is, without question, is their intense live show, which features mad sax antics, the band playing art-punk so complex it sounds nearly random (yet, is not), and frontman Steven m. Sostak's infamous penetrating gaze. Mixing jazz with Jazzercize, the five members of Sweep have attempted to create a new sound that mixes the flavor of sweat, Old Style beer, and rocking guitars. It's frenetic, yo.
