Philadelphia's station-surfing lo-fi duo AM/FM have announced that, following their recent stint opening for Texas drone-poppers American Analog Set, they will play a handful of east coast dates at the end of this month. There's no word yet on whether the tour will extend beyond New England, but did state that "on the AM/FM band, anything can happen." (They didn't really say that; we just like making people look stupid.)

The guys recently released their second full-length, Getting into Sinking, on Polyvinyl Records. Their debut album, Mutilate Us, which was released last year, earned comparisons to everyone from pre-symphonic Flaming Lips to early Pavement
