Mike Patton Forms Another Supergroup

Upon realization that he'd hastily snagged the wrong Melvin for Fantômas

Tired of supergroups that suck? Fear not, for Tomahawk has arrived. The inimitable former Jesus Lizard guitarist Duane Denison and ex-Faith No More and current Mr. Bungle persona Mike Patton formed Tomahawk after being introduced at a Mr. Bungle show and soon recruited former Helmet stickman John Stanier and former Melvins string-thumper Kevin Rutmanis to flesh out their vision. Tomahawk are currently in the midst of their first North American tour in support of their self-titled debut album on Ipecac.
