Rye Coalition, the bastard sons of New Jersey, will be putting out their third full-length album on Tiger Style Records come March 2002. The fellas have just finished up recording with Steve Albini at Electrical Audio Studios in Chicago, laying down all ten tracks that are to appear on the as-yet-untitled album. The Coalition's previous release, The Lipstick Game, was a rock record through and through, and our pal Brent described it as the "...most massive punk rock noise on the planet right now [circa 1999]." We wonder if he'd stand by that comment today. Check out the band's remaining tour dates with Oxes and Trans Am:
