Q and Not U, Trans Am to Play UVA Indie Rock Fest

Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus

Virginia's quite the breeding ground for indie rock, so it comes as no surprise that the campus of the University of Virginia is set to host a music festival on February 8th. University officials are ecstatic, praising the day's potential to go down in history as the absolute largest collection of ironic, boys' small "Virginia is For Lovers" t-shirts ever. The ticket costs $12 for non-students ($10 for Cavaliers), and the lineup, as expected, consists of some of Virginia and D.C.'s biggest indie outfits like Q and Not U, Trans Am, and Avail. Not to mention some interstate additions like Shai Hulud. The complete listing of bands, in no particular order:

Ann Beretta
Denali
Trans Am
Q and Not U
Avail
Jump Little Children
Nazca Lines
Dame Fate
Shai Hulud Prom Queen
