The Rapture Set Date For Next Single, Expand Tour

"Echoes" Marth reports:
The much-anticipated domestic release of Echoes now has a firm date, too: the album will be released by DFA October 14th on vinyl and by DFA/Strummer/Universal on CD October 21st. So it only follows that in addition to their current slew of European dates, the band will return home to sprinkle the U.S. map with cigarette burns, spontaneous combustion, and post-disco infernos. In between, there'll be an appearance at CMJ and even a Halloween get-down in Rio. The dates:
10-01 London, England - ULU
The Rapture have announced a November 17th release date for "Sister Saviour," the second single from their mighty full-length debut, Echoes. The single will feature remixes by Tiefschwarz, Blackstrobe and "a couple of DFA dubs," according to the band's official website. The band is also preparing to shoot a video for the single with director Jamie Thraves.
