With a burst of stamina unseen from their species since the Garden of Eden, The Unicorns will be extending their first American tour (entitled "USA Part II: This Time It's Personal"), allowing those of you in the west and south a chance to catch a glimpse of their magic. The Unicorns will be featured at both the upcoming Noise Pop fest in San Francisco and the behemoth of multimedia events, SXSW in Austin next month, continuing through the west, south, and swinging back around for another run in the northeast. As some of you may remember, in my last Unicorns update, I predicted that "scenesters everywhere plan on donning paper maché horns for the momentous first U.S. tour." Though I was unable to attend the show myself, I understand on good authority (thank you, K. Sparks) that at the Brooklyn show there was a man wearing some sort of horn and other assorted Unicorn garb. Now, that may not be paper maché, but goddamn if I'm not the most prophetic motherfucker since Nostradamus.
