Beauty Pill Announce U.S. Tour

D.C.'s Beauty Pill are saddling up for a U.S. tour through this April and May, making a stop at the tack shop to load up on spare spark plugs for their Wurlitzer and plectrums for their e-lectric guitars. The band will be touring in support of their slightly disappointing (I waited so long, I loved so much) Dischord debut, The Unsustainable Lifestyle. Regardless of how you feel about the record, their live performance is worth more than the equivalent of two sacs of pone tack and a box of shoe nails, as the band showcases old favorites, fresh album cuts, and a slew of new and unrecorded tracks that outnumber those on their compact disc releases. And that girl Rachel got a set of eyes on her much like the Old Dominion moon on a cloudless night. Yip. Tour dates:
