Sparta Finalize Tracklist for Second Album
Plans to score summer blockbuster "Troy" axed due to total obviousness

Sparta, the earnest rock band featuring three former members of At the Drive-In, are putting the finishing touches on Porcelain, their sophomore album. Produced by Mike Major, who worked on several At the Drive-In records, the 14-track full-length is slated for a July 13th release on Dreamworks.

Sparta recently played a few "warm up" shows in preparation for the album's release, including a stop off at the Coachella festival. By the time the album hits stores, the band will have embarked on this summer's wildly "indie" Lollapalooza tour with the likes of Morrissey, the Flaming Lips, Sonic Youth, PJ Harvey, Broken Social Scene, and many others.
