Black Keys Reveal Album Tracklist, Tour Dates

I've never been to Akron, Ohio, but for years I imagined it as looking sort of like something out of Battlestar Galactica-- futuristic, but in a 1978 kind of way. But, as it turns out, Akron isn't from the future at all. It's just home to a good number of good bands (besides Devo)-- including The Black Keys, who manage to belt out some serious-ass garage/blues, considering there are only two guys in the group.

As reported last month, the band's third LP (and second for renowned blues label Fat Possum Records) will be released on September 7th. For Rubber Factory, the guys rented out an old tire factory-- hence the title-- and spent two months recording and mixing it all by themselves. The album is said to show signs of "maturation," while maintaining the foot-stomping bluesery you've come to expect from them. If you're wondering why we're telling you all of this again, it's because now we've got the tracklist:

The Keys are also headed out on the road this summer, and though their appearance at the Bumbershoot Festival will mark the beginning of a month-long tour, the dates are not confirmed, so we can't tell you what they are. For now, here are the ones we know:
