High Water Marks Finalize Tracklist, Tour
High Water Jeans still a relevant target for ridicule

The High Water Marks are getting ready to haul their lo-fi pop and pretty boy/girl harmonies on a North American tour in support of their upcoming record, Songs About the Ocean. For those in the dark, here's some light: This is Hilarie Sidney of The Apples in Stereo, teaming up with Per Ole Bratset (Palermo), Mike Snowden (Van Hemmling), and Jim Lindsay (Oranger, Preston School of Industry) to make some infectiously fuzzed-out pop/punk. If your town isn't on the following itinerary, don't get too tangled up in blue: There's clearly a lot of holes in their current tour plan. However, it does look like the Marks have, for the moment, decided to snub the West Coast, possibly due to a resurgence of the East Coast/West Coast feud of the mid-90s. We'll keep you posted, but for now get your galoshes on and your earplugs in:
