Dogs Die in Hot Cars on Tour


Despite saddling themselves with the worst band name east of Hoobastank, the distinguished Scottish gentry of Dogs Die in Hot Cars are enjoying quite the zeitgeist moment at present with V2's stateside release of the very excellent Please Describe Yourself. And just as their almost impossibly peppy single "I Love You 'Cause I Have To" skanks up airwaves coast to coast, here comes DDiHC with their inaugural U.S. headlining tour. Let's cut right to it, then:

For fans unsatisfied with a mere easily accessible full-length, the band's latest single, "Lounger", is available via UK outlets in various incarnations, packed with B-sides (CD maxi-single), an a cappella version (vinyl), or the tune's video packaged with a remix by The Beta Band's Steve Mason (DVD single). Well, it's not like Steve had anything better to do. And finally, if you're wondering what these folks look like, stop. Search the web for press photos of this band and you will live to regret it. Trust us.
