Little Wings Kicks Off Massive World Tour

In August, Kyle Fields and his pals in K Records' folk-pop band Little Wings brought us Magic Wand. Now, in November, they give us the "Friends Forever and Ever and Ever Tour." Those forever friends would be past LW collaborators Lee Baggett and The Graves (the brainchild of Little Wings member Greg Olin), and must be bosom buddies indeed if they expect to be speaking to each other after this intercontinental, break-neck paced tour. Nearly every day in November is booked for the U.S. leg of the tour, after which Little Wings will head out to the UK festival All Tomorrow's Parties. Afterwards, the band will play 14 other dates in Europe in support of A Silver Mt. Zion, since, you know, they'll already be over there and everything.

Then, after January, Little Wings will morph into Little Mools as they cross over into Japanese territory. Essentially, Lee Baggett and Greg Olin will pack it in for a well deserved rest, and Tokyo's The Mools will replace them in the band. So far, there are only five Little Mools dates set in stone, but more are merely waiting for a willing Japanese club to offer their stage. If you believe the cryptic info on K Records' site, the same need applies in America, hence some of the TBAs and open dates in November. Now let's all pinky-swear we'll go to one of these shows:
